We’re linked to the NDIA, so budgets, real time updates and funding releases are all reflected in your client’s portal as soon as they become available. We’re s33 or funding period enabled so you can save time and forecast support provision at the touch of a button.

Your questions, answered

  • How do I refer a participant to All Plan Management?

    Referring is easy. Once the participant has agreed, you can start the switch in just three simple steps. Fill in our online form, have the participant sign their service agreement and we’ll contact them and the NDIS to make the change, so you don’t have to. We know endorsement calls chew through your coordination budget, so let our experienced team work directly with the participant.

  • Can I track participants’ budgets?

    Yes! Our advanced support coordinator portal provides real-time visibility, allowing you to see available balances and ensure supports align with plan funding, including s33 and funding period plans.

  • How fast are invoices paid?

    We always aim for same day processing with many claims going through within hours.  Most invoices submitted to us are paid within 2 to 3 business days.

    Because the NDIS is complicated we may ask providers to make amendments to invoices to ensure it’s not rejected by the NDIA, it’s compliant and it gets paid.  We have invoice coaching and support for independent workers and anyone else who would benefit.  We always prefer clear PDF formats to speed up the process, but our industry-leading system can read legible hand written invoices.  

  • Can I contact a participant’s plan manager directly?

    Yes, we make this easy.

    With a participant’s permission, we can add you to their support team and keep you in the loop. Consent is included as part of our sign up process, and participants can update their team at any time with a quick call.

    Once that is done, we can add you to the portal and speak with you openly about the plan and how it is tracking.

  • What happens if a participant switches mid-plan?

    Participants can switch to All Plan Management at any time. There is no need to wait for a new plan to start.

    Once the switch is complete, the current active plan manager is the only plan manager who can submit claims on the participant’s behalf. Previous plan managers are unable to claim invoices once they are no longer active on the plan.

    Invoices issued before the switch can still be sent to us after the transition, and we will manage the changeover. The NDIA applies a two year time limit on NDIS claims, so invoices must be within this timeframe to be paid.

    There are some exceptions depending on timing and circumstances. If anything is unclear or there are difficulties during the transition, our team is always available to help.

  • How do plan managers and support coordinators work together?

    Plan managers and support coordinators have distinct roles, but they work best in partnership.

    A support coordinator focuses on implementing the participant’s plan, connecting providers, coordinating supports and preparing for reviews. A plan manager manages the financial administration, reviewing invoices, ensuring compliance with NDIS pricing rules and tracking budgets.

    Working together, they navigate complex situations, respond to changing needs and interpret NDIS guidelines to ensure there are clear, practical options available. Different responsibilities, one shared goal: giving participants clarity, protection and the best possible chance of achieving their outcomes.
