Do I need to wait until my plan ends to switch?
No! You can switch plan managers today to All Plan Management, you don’t have to wait until you get a new plan. Our simple online sign up process is so quick and easy, we have instant phone support too to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can I switch mid plan?
Yes! You can switch plan managers at any time to All Plan Management, you don’t have to wait until you get a new plan. You also don’t need to worry about the cross over, you can send all your invoices, from before you joined, to us. Please note there is now a two year aged invoice limit for payment, set by the NDIA.

What should I do if I decide to switch to another plan manager?
You can switch plan managers anytime. Simply let your current plan manager know in writing and agree on a final date for them to process any outstanding invoices. Then, contact your new plan manager to complete the endorsement.
To endorse All Plan Management, there are three simple options:
- Log in to the ‘my NDIS participant portal’ through your myGov account.
- Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and say you’d like to endorse All Plan Management.
- Speak to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or planner and let them know you want to endorse All Plan Management as your plan manager.

What happens to my plan management if I move to a new state?
Your plan manager can usually continue supporting you as long as they are registered to operate nationally, which most are. Just update your address with the NDIA so your information stays current.

Can I keep my plan manager if my plan is renewed or reassessed?
Yes, you can. When your plan is reviewed or renewed, simply tell your planner or LAC that you’d like to continue with your current plan manager. There’s no need to reapply for that support.

Can I switch from self managed or NDIA managed to plan managed?
Absolutely. You can change how your plan is managed at any time. Reach out to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC), NDIA Planner or Support Coordinator to help you to switch to plan management.

Can I choose any provider when I’m plan managed?
Yes. One of the biggest benefits of plan management is flexibility. You can choose both registered and unregistered NDIS providers when plan-managed, as long as the supports you purchase are reasonable and necessary under your plan.

What if my application is not approved?
If your application isn’t approved, you’ll receive a letter explaining the reasons. You can request a review if you believe the decision doesn’t reflect your situation. You’ll need to respond within three months of the decision letter — the NDIS website explains how to do this under Request a review of a decision.

What if my child is younger than 9?
Children under 9 are supported through the Early Childhood Approach. You’ll work with an early childhood partner instead of applying directly to the NDIA. They’ll help you understand your child’s needs and connect you with supports early.

What if I am not eligible for the NDIS?
If you are not eligible, you may still be able to access community or health supports through other government programs. The NDIA can guide you to suitable alternatives.

Can someone help me complete my NDIS application?
Yes. You can ask a family member, carer, health professional, or Local Area Coordinator to help you fill out the form and gather evidence.
