She wants to make a positive difference for people navigating the NDIS. With a solutions focused approach, Jemma finds it especially rewarding to support participants in reaching the right outcomes. Jemma also has first hand experience within her own family and has seen how the NDIS can enhance lives and support people to achieve their goals. This is what fuels her passion for the work she does every day.

Rachel Short
Rachel is our highly experienced finance officer based in Queensland and provides plan management services Australia-wide. Rachel has a strong complex care support background and qualifications in nursing. Her skills and experience give her a real insight into the challenges that participants, support coordinators and providers face daily. Rachel’s dedication to helping people and building supportive relationships shines through in everything she does.

Plan management is a service you’re entitled to, as part of your NDIS plan and at no cost to you. At All Plan Management, we take care of the admin and financial management of your NDIS plan so you can focus on your goals and the things that matter most to you.
