What should I do if I decide to switch to another plan manager?

You can switch plan managers anytime. Simply let your current plan manager know in writing and agree on a final date for them to process any outstanding invoices. Then, contact your new plan manager to complete the endorsement.

To endorse All Plan Management, there are three simple options:

  • Log in to the β€˜my NDIS participant portal’ through your myGov account.
  • Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and say you’d like to endorse All Plan Management.
  • Speak to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or planner and let them know you want to endorse All Plan Management as your plan manager.
