A support coordinator focuses on implementing the participant’s plan, connecting providers, coordinating supports and preparing for reviews. A plan manager manages the financial administration, reviewing invoices, ensuring compliance with NDIS pricing rules and tracking budgets.
Working together, they navigate complex situations, respond to changing needs and interpret NDIS guidelines to ensure there are clear, practical options available. Different responsibilities, one shared goal: giving participants clarity, protection and the best possible chance of achieving their outcomes.
