New Plan? How to Keep Your NDIS Services Running Smoothly

If your NDIS plan (or your participant’s plan) is on the new PACE system, there’s an important step to take to make sure All Plan Management can continue to support you pay your invoices.

To make sure your All Plan Management service can continue (or start!) managing invoices and funding straight away, you’ll need to officially endorse us with the NDIA.

It’s new, we get it, it’s another thing to do but don’t worry, we can guide you through it!

Do You Need to Endorse Your Plan Manager?​

You will need to endorse your plan manager:

  • When you first sign up.
  • When your new plan starts, and you want to continue using the same plan manager.
  • When your new plan starts, and your endorsement didn’t carry over to your new plan.

If you have a plan review coming up? Before your meeting, check whether you will be getting a new plan or an extension:

  • New plans generally require you to reconfirm your plan manager by endorsing them again.
  • Extensions usually don’t need endorsement, but in some cases, the NDIA may still request it.

Note only participants, their nominee, or their guardian can complete the endorsement. Support Coordinators can’t endorse providers on behalf of participants, but they can assist in guiding them through the process.

How to Endorse All Plan Management

There are three easy ways to complete your endorsement:

  • Via the my NDIS participant portal (accessible through your myGov account).
  • Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and let them know you’d like to endorse All Plan Management
  • Speak to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or Planner and tell them you want to endorse All Plan Management as your Plan Manager. Our NDIS provider number is 4050118856.

HOT TIP: Ask for us to be the Plan Manager, NOT a normal Provider. We won’t be able to process your invoices as a provider.

“Hello, I am calling to endorse a plan manager for my current NDIS plan. My name is [Your Name], and my NDIS number is [Your NDIS Number]. I believe my plan is on the PACE system, and I would like to endorse All Plan Management as my plan manager for my NDIS plan. Their registration number is 4050118856. Please confirm that the endorsement is now complete.”

Once this is done, you’re all set!

Already With Us? Just Reconfirm Your Endorsement

If you’re already using us as your plan manager and your new plan is starting soon, make sure to let the NDIA know you want to continue your endorsement so there are no disruptions in managing your plan. You can let your planner or LAC know.
